Each individual may register only one account on jitice. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
Jitice may request identity verification documents at any time. KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

jitice strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 may open an account or place bets. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, along with all associated balances.
By declaring your age at registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. jitice may request age verification documents at any time, and failure to provide them will result in account suspension.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access or use jitice.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless jitice approves it for a specific reason. Review all details carefully before placing your bet.

Once a bet is confirmed, any subsequent odds changes will not affect your original odds. However, jitice reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error.
jitice's Policy: In the event of a technical error or abnormal circumstances, bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be voided. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the member.
If a sports event does not start at the scheduled time or is not completed within the specified timeframe, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be returned in full.
Deposits on jitice can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are processed instantly; in the event of network issues, it may take up to 30 minutes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. A different number or method will require identity verification.
In cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity, jitice may temporarily place a hold on any transaction. The member will be notified and asked to provide the necessary documentation.
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus can only be claimed once.

Jitice takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. If multiple members from the same household claim bonuses, or if multiple accounts attempt to claim bonuses from the same device, all bonuses involved will be cancelled.
Please Note: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to withdrawable cash by completing the required wagering.
